Nominations are now open for South Australian businesses to enter the 2024 South Australian Premier’s Business and Export Awards.

The South Australian Premier’s Business and Export Awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding contribution South Australian businesses make to the social, environmental and economic wellbeing of our community.

This year’s awards, delivered in conjunction with the South Australian Business Chamber, will feature 12 business award categories and 14 export awards, with all nominations eligible for the top gongs, Business of the Year and Exporter of the Year.

There are two new award categories this year, the first, The SA Governor’s Award for Business Achievement in Gender Equity, will be presented by the Governor of South Australia, Her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson AC, who has long been an advocate for gender equity.

Winner of the South Australian Advanced Technology Export Award last year and joint-winner of the national award, Prophecy International has benefitted from the recognition the awards bring locally, nationally and internationally.

Prophecy International has been exporting for many years and most of our revenue comes internationally, so winning the Advanced Technology Export Award last year was great local recognition for what we do.

Locally and nationally, it’s raised our profile within government, and we’ve started to have conversations that we weren’t having before about business in Australia.

It’s increased awareness of our business globally and our reputation, with this government recognition furthering our credibility in the eyes of our customers, which boosts customer confidence.
